If, for any reason, you are not
completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on
refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable
for any service/s that You purchased with Us.
(The words of which the initial
letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The
following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they
appear in singular or in plural).
For the purposes of this Return and
Refund Policy:
Orders mean a request by You to
purchase service from Us.
Website refers to aamarPay,
accessible from aamarpay.com
You mean the individual accessing or
using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which
such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
1. Order Cancellation Rights:
You are not entitled to cancel the
order you have placed for payment gateway services. There is no cancellation
policy after the payment has made for payment gateway service.
2. Refund policy:
Refund policy is only acceptable if aamarPay can’t provide specified services which are described in commercial proposal within 10 working days.
The services which according to their
nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date
of expiry is over.
We reserve the right to refuse refund
of any one-time charge (package) that does not meet our conditions in our sole
discretion.
